The 2008 AGM weekend was hosted by Italy in Trento from May16th-18th:

Friday 16th May

- Arrivals throughout the day at Gianni Caproni Airport, Trento  
- Lunch offered by the ADA at the airport
- Visit to the Caproni Aeronautical Museum at the airport
- Delegates’ meeting in the Aerhotel at the airport
- Alpine singing by a local male voice choir
- Welcome Dinner at the Aerhotel hosted by Contessa Caproni

Saturday 17th May

- Sightseeing tour of Trento by bus including visit to Buon Consiglio castle
- Visit to Castle Pietra in Cagliano, owned by Dr Bartagnolli, with stairs to the ‘Fontana dell’ amore’
- Lunch close to the Castle Pietra
- AGM in the Museum Convention Hall
- Dinner at the Aerhotel

Sunday 18th May

- Participants free to meet and explore on their own
- Departures throughout the day

Unfortunately the weather was very wet with heavy rain all weekend, which meant that nobody was able to fly in for the event for the first time ever.
We hope for better weather for next year's meeting!
